We loved the location of the hotel nestled among beautiful hills. The staff was friendly, and the food served at the restaurant was excellent. The hotel had a well-maintained swimming pool area, and it was clean and tidy. Additionally, the town was within walking distance from the hotel, which was a great advantage.
Nothing for us.

The prices are a bit on the high end.

We spent Xmas holidays at this hotel and we had a great time. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they arranged a nice Christmas dinner for all the guests. the location is also wonderful, surrounded by stunning countryside. We particularly enjoyed taking walks in the vineyards nearby and tasting some amazing local wines. Another advantage was the comfortable and cozy rooms with beautiful views.
The size of the room, which was a little small for our family. there were not many activities offered during the day, so it could be a bit boring if you are looking for a more dynamic experience.

The hotel had a good location and the room was clean. The view from the terrace was the best part of our stay. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our Christmas stay at the hotel wasn't as expected. The room was noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable. We also experienced terrible Wi-Fi and an unresponsive heating system that made our room very cold. The hotel reception failed to address our complaints, and we felt ignored and disappointed. We wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We had a very good time in this beautiful country house hotel amidst its own vineyards. The owner family couldn't have been more attentive and welcoming. We had a twin-room on the first floor, which was of good size with a very nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking the interior yard and the beautiful countryside beyond. The food was excellent, so was the wine from the own vineyards. A 2 minutes drive brings you into Moncalvo, a charming littel town with a good selection of shops and a typical Italian market on Thursdays. Asti, Alba and Acqui Terme are all within 30 - 45 minitues driving. Don't forget to stock up with wine and salami from their own production.

relaxed atmosphere, lovely scenery, good food, great local wine, friendly staff
Matrimonial suite although in a beautiful room had two single beds joined, therefore creating dip and somewhat discomforting. Food was pricy for the area.

Great country retreat in spectacular setting surrounded by sunflower fields and vineyards, quiet, even standard rooms are spacious, newly renovated in a modern country style with beautiful bedding fabrics. The tv is a bit small, but the pool in fabulous setting is large which is more important. The hosts are great, the owner conducts (free!) wine tastings in a great ambience in the evening (buy some penelope - great wine!) and his wife oversees the restaurant with daily changing menus - simply delicious. Try the 'Manzo crudo' - kind of a beef tartare but made only of best quality beef and olive oil - I was in heaven. They even offered that we could spend the rest of the day at the pool area after check-out. Highly recommended.
Internet connection (free) was difficult the first day, but improved. Can be annoying if something urgent happens but then you are on holiday and if need be the blackberry works or I-pad.
